The right to access and reuse information created, possessed, disposed of or controlled by Opatija 21 d.o.o. Opatija is regulated by the Right to Access to Information Act (Narodne novine No. 25/2013) and the amending Act on the Right to Access to Information Act (Narodne novine No. 85/2015). The law also prescribes the principles of the right of access and re-use, restrictions and exceptions from the right of access and re-use, and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right of access and re-use of information.
As of May 25., 2022. the duty of the information officer in Opatija 21 d.o.o. is performed by:

Access to all other information, as well as for their re-use, is achieved by submitting an oral or written request to Opatija 21 d.o.o. which can be downloaded electronically from the company’s website.

The Information Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia also prescribed the Criteria for determining the amount of compensation for actual material costs and the costs of providing information.
