Reserved parking spaces
The fee for the reservation of parking spaces (according to the Articles 3. and 4. of the Town Council Decision on Determining Charged Parking Spaces):

The usage of reserved parking spaces can be:
- short term - for a period of up to 15 days - The parking organizer will fence off the requested parking spaces with signal poles. The fee for fencing up to 9 (nine) parking spaces is 60,00 € per day, the fee for fencing 10 (ten) and more parking spaces is 1.000,00 € one-time fee. The costs of fencing are borne by the User.
- long term - for a period longer then one month - parking barriers are set up - installation fee is 100,00 €, at the expense of the user.
Parking space occupancy fees
Parking space occupancy fees (according to the Article 23. of the General Parking Conditions) are charged per parking space per day:

Owners, investors and contractors who need to occupy part of the parking spaces due to construction or other works are obliged to report such a need to the Parking organizer in order to regulate the manner and possibility of using the parking area (contract conclusion).
The parking organizer will mark the occupied parking space with traffic signals (signal poles or parking barriers) which are set at the expense of the customer.

Reserved parking places in the port of Opatija and Volosko (Zone 2)
In accordance with the General Conditions for organizing and charging for parking in the Port of Opatija and in the Port of Volosko (Article 12, Paragraph 1, IN CROATIAN), reserved parking spaces can be used in these parking lots exclusively by legal and natural persons who are registered to perform a specific activity for which the condition for business is provided with the use of parking spaces. A legal or natural person (from Article 12 paragraph 1) pays a daily fee for a reserved parking space in the amount of a daily parking ticket, or pays a monthly fee for a reserved parking space:
