Upon receipt of the response to the complaint, i.e. after the expiration of the legal deadline for response in case you have not received the response from OPATIJA 21 d.o.o., users of public parking services in public areas and public garages of the City of Opatija may submit a DISPUTE to the Consumer Complaints Commission of OPATIJA 21 d.o.o. - in person, by mail or e-mail.
