By stopping or parking a vehicle in an open public pay-and-display car park, the user enters into a contract with the Parking Operator for the use of the open public pay-and-display car park and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of parking services on regulated public areas and in public garages of the City of Opatija.

If the vehicle is stopped or parked in a designated pay-and-display parking area, within the marked parking bay lines, without purchasing a valid parking ticket (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or annual ticket, preferential or commercial ticket) or without holding the appropriate authorisation from the Parking Operator, it shall be deemed that the user has entered into a parking contract with the Parking Operator through the use of a DAILY PARKING TICKET.

The daily parking ticket and payment notice shall be issued by authorised personnel of the Parking Operator or by the Parking Operator’s parking control and payment system in one of the following ways.

  1. The payment notice for a daily parking ticket is issued digitally, i.e. by creating a digital record in the parking control and payment system; or
  2. the payment notice for a daily parking ticket is placed under the windscreen wiper of the vehicle; or
  3. the payment notice for a daily parking ticket is handed to the parking user in person upon request; or
  4. the payment notice for a daily parking ticket is affixed to the motor vehicle in another manner.

Service of the daily parking ticket and payment notice shall also be deemed effected if delivered to the registered address of the vehicle owner together with photographic evidence of the vehicle and/or via the e-Citizens system. Any subsequent destruction, damage or loss of the delivered daily ticket and payment notice shall not affect the validity of service nor postpone payment.

The daily parking ticket cannot be paid in cash at the cashier of Opatija 21 d.o.o., but EXCLUSIVELY BY TRANSACTION – by payment to the transaction account (indicated on the payment slip) at a bank, post office, FINA branch, via online payment (through a bank account) or by using the Bmove.com application.

The issued daily parking ticket is most easily paid via the Bmove.com application, which enables:

  • payment without commission,
  • no need to visit the cashier in person,
  • payment by anyone, regardless of mobile operator – whether operating within Croatia or abroad.

1. Download the Bmove.com application via Google Play, AppStore , AppGallery, or open it in your internet browser at app.bmove.com


2. Create an account

You can create an account using your Facebook or Google account, or you can create a Bmove.com account by entering your email address and setting a personal password.


3. After creating and activating your account, select the city (Opatija)


4. Select the payment notice


5. Enter the number of the issued daily parking ticket payment notice (or scan the barcode on the daily ticket payment notice) and then press the ‘Continue’ button.

To avoid any confusion in the final step, after the app name was changed to “Bmove.com” in January 2022, the merchant name will appear as “app.bmove.com” instead of “app.paydo.hr” – this is not an error, but simply a change of the app name, while all functionalities remain the same.
